Method
Line the salad bowl with lettuce leaves and put in a mixture of orange and tomato. The tomatoes are peeled and cut into neat slices and the oranges carefully peeled, removing all pith, cut into slices, and the pips removed. Pour over a mayonnaise dressing , but do not mix it in with the salad.
