Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1/4 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup sake
bunch shiso leaves (available from Vietnamese stores)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
oil
soya sauce
salt and pepper
Method
Cut chicken into finger size pieces.
Add sake and a pinch of salt. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Wrap chicken fingers in shiso leaves.
Cover lightly with oil and pan grill. Add stock, salt and pepper.
Before serving, add lemon juice and a dash of soya sauce.
Serve on small plates
