Balinese Pork Satay

Ingredients
Marinading Paste
3 teaspoons Ground Coriander
3 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Ground Tumeric
20 cloves chopped Garlic
40 oz Tamarind chopped
1/2 pint Peanut Oil
30 oz Sugar
Salt
Sate Sauce
12 tablespoons Peanut Butter
3 teaspoons Chili Paste
3 tablespoons Golden Syrup
6 cloves Garlic
3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 pint hot Water

Method

For the marinading paste: put all ingredients in blender. Rub into small cubes of pork. Let stand for several hours.

Skewer the pork and grill.
