Ingredients
3/4 cup Suet chopped finely
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
Good 1/2 cup SR Flour
1/2 cup plain Flour
Steak
Ox Kidney
Salt
Water
Method
MIx suet, bread crumbs and flours into stiff paste with water.
Fill basin with cut up steak and kidney, salt and water. Roll paste to size of basin and put on top.
Tie cloth over top and boil about 3 hours.
Dip centre of cloth (which covers basin) in hot water and sprinkle with flour. It will then be easy to lift off basin when cooked.
