Ingredients
Racks of Lamb
Garlic
Rosemary
Honey
Method
If loin is not cut, cut into serving sized lumps (usually 3-4 chops).
Chop together garlic and rosemary (equal quanitites) Make several holes in each serve and insert the mixture.
Rub outside with honey.
Pre-cook for 20 minutes in moderate oven.
To serve, cook for a further 20 minutes.
