Club Sandwich

Preamble

Ingredients
2 half inch slices Fillet Of Beef
3 slices Bread
2 oz melted Butter
2 tablespoons Parsley finely chopped
Parsley sprigs
Chutney or Relish

Method
Season the meat with pepper, salt and parsley. Dip it in melted butter and place it between the three slices of well-buttered bread (bread, meat, bread, meat, bread). Secure the sandwich with toothpicks and bake in a moderately hot oven (375 F, 200 C) for 15-25 minutes depending on how well done the meat is to be. Baste often with butter and when the bread is crisp serve garnished with parsley and chutney.
