Ingredients
1 lb Shortcrust Pastry
Pinch Salt And Pepper
2 rashers Bacon
8 oz Sausage Meat
8 oz finely minced Beef
6 oz Mushrooms
1 Egg
2 beef Stock Cubes
Method
Divide the pastry into two parts. Roll one part, and line a 9 inch square tin. Chop the bacon finely, and add the sausage meat, minced beef, finely chopped mushrooms and the crumbled stock cubes, salt and pepper.
Bind together with the egg, and cover the pastry. Roll the remaining pastry and cover the meat and mushroom mixture. Bake in a hot oven 400 deg. 25-35 minutes. Serve hot, cut in wedges or squares.
