Flemish Pork Casserole

Ingredients
4 thick Pork Chops
4 teaspoons Butter
4 eating Apples
Sprigs of Rosemary
Salt And Pepper

Method

Trim off fat - brown chops slowly in butter - season.

Peel apples and cut into eighths.

Put 1/2 cooked chops in a shallow casserole, sprinkle with rosemary, salt and pepper.

Arrange apples around chops.

Sprinkle with remaining butter.

Bake about 1/2 hour (350 degrees)
