Veal And Tomato Casserole

Ingredients
2 lbs Veal
4 rashers Bacon
2 Onions
1 lb skinned Tomatoes
1 clove crushed Garlic
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon dry Mustard
Salt And Pepper
Oil for frying

Method
Remove rinds from bacon, chop bacon into pieces. Chop onions, cut veal into 1 inch cubes. Saute bacon in a little oil with onions and garlic. Toss prepared meat in combined spices and seasonings. Slice tomatoes. Add meat to pan, saute until browned. Turn meat mixture into heatproof casserole. Top with tomatoes, cover, bake in moderate oven approximately 2 hours. Serve with hot boiled rice.
