Sweet And Sour Veal

Ingredients
6 Veal Cutlets or Steaks
Flour
Salt And Pepper
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Oil
1 small can crushed Pineapple
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

Method
Roll cutlets in the flour, pepper and salt and fry quickly on both sides in the butter and oil. Put in a casserole dish. Mix the pineapple, soy sauce and lemon juice and pour over the cutlets. Cover and cook for one hour in a moderate oven, 350 degrees.
