Hamburgers In A Parcel
Ingredients
8 oz Sausage Meat
1/2 cup soft Breadcrumbs
4 slices Pineapple
Salt And Pepper
4 small Onions
4 rashers Bacon
4 tablespoons Tomato Sauce
Method
Cut four squares of aluminium foil or transparent cooking wrap 10 inch by 10 inch.
Mix the breadcrumbs with the sausage meat, season with salt and pepper and form into four flat cakes.
Place a slice of pineapple on the centre of each piece of foil, top with slices of onion, then the hamburger and a piece of bacon.
Spoon a tablespoon of tomato sauce over the top of each one and fold the foil to seal the contents, making sure the seam and ends are facing upwards.
Place directly on the shelves of the oven and cook at 350 deg. for 45 minutes.
