Crunchy Topped Lamb Chops
Ingredients
6 Lamb Chops
1 teaspooon Butter
1 clove Garlic
1 tablespoon Blue Vein Cheese
2 teaspoons chopped Parsley
1/2 cup minced Walnuts
Method
Crush the clove of garlic finely and add butter and the blue vein cheese, blend together until softened, add the chopped parsley and the minced walnuts.
Cook the lamb chops under a hot griller turning them after a few minutes cooking on the first side. When they are almost finished, lift the tray out carefully and spread the creamed walnut andd cheese mixture over the top, return to the griller with the heat lowered and cook for 3-4 minutes until the topping is melted and browned.
Remarks
While I suggest lamb chops for this recipe, veal and pork are just as tasty.
