Ingredients
1 lb Kidneys
1/4 bottle Sherry
2 Onions
Method
Cut kidneys into small slices about 1/2 inch thick.
Marinate in sherry for 1 hour.
Slice onions and saute in oil or butter.
When brown add kidneys and fry briskly for a few moments.
Add sherry and seasonings.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Add another glass of sherry.
Serve.
