Ingredients
4 Chump Chops
4 Chicken Livers
2 Shallots
3 teaspoons Butter
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
4 Mushroom Caps
Salt And Pepper
Curry Powder
Method
Trim fat from chops and slit a pocket in each.
Saute livers and shallots in butter.
Mash livers with lemon juice and season.
Stuff chops with the mixture and grill.
Serve with mushroom caps.
