Spaghetti Alla Carbonara

Ingredients
4.5 litres Water
3 teaspoons Salt
700 g Spaghetti
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Onion finely chopped
100 g Fat Bacon sliced and diced
3 Eggs
50 g grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 glass dry White Wine
1 teaspoon Pepper coarsely ground

Method
Put salted water on to boil. When boiling, add spaghetti and cook for 15 minutes, or until done to your taste. Drain. While spaghetti is cooking, heat oil in small frying pan, add onion and bacon and fry until crisp. In a separate pan, scramble the eggs with the parmesan, bacon, onions and wine. Season with pepper and pour sauce over spaghetti.
