Ingredients
1/2 cup Rice
Chopped Onion
Butter
1/2 lb Liverwurst
2 oz soft Butter
Salt And Pepper
1/4 cup Parsley
Grated Cheese
1 tablespoon grated Onion
1 tablespoon dry Sherry
Mustard or W'shire Sauce
Method
Cook chopped onion in butter, add rice. Cover with water to 1/2 inch over rice, cook till all water absorbed.
Mix rest of ingredients together, cover rice with mixture. Heat in oven till topping hot and slightly brown.
