Bacon And Tomato Pizza

Ingredients
1 unbaked Pizza Shell
1/2 lb Bacon
2 cups sliced Onion
3 Tomatoes peeled and cut into1/4 inch slices
1 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 teaspoons Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
8 oz Mozzarella Cheese diced
1/4 cup stuffed Olives halved

Method

Saute the bacon lightly then drain. Reserve 2 teaspoons of the dripping.

Saute the sliced onion in the dripping for 5 minutes or until tender. Arrange the tomato slices in a single layer over the pizza shell spread over the sauted onion slices and sprinkle with the oregano, salt and pepper.

Cover with the bacon slices and arrange the cheese slices and olives all over.

Bake at 375 deg. F. for 20 - 25 minutes or until the pastry is cooked and the cheese melted and lightly browned.

Serve piping hot and cut into wedges.
