Ingredients
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
1/2 lb Peanuts (roasted)
4 oz Coconut Cream
5 cloves Garlic
3/4 pint Water
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
Method
Grind peanuts and garlic. Place water and coconut cream in a saucepan on medium heat until cream melts. Add rest of ingredients, stir well until the sauce thickens.
