Sauce Grelette
Ingredients
1 1/4 lb whole Tomatoes
1 teaspoon chopped Parsley
1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
Juice of 1 Lemon
6 tablespoons Ricotta Cheese well drained
Salt
White Pepper
1 tablespoon Sour Cream
Method
Skin tomatoes, cut in half and press gently to squeeze out juice and seeds. Cut into small dice.
Blend ricotta and sour cream in food processor. Add parsley, tomato ketchup and lemon juice.
Take out of food processor and add chopped tomato. Season.
