Egg White Batter

Ingredients
1000 grams Plain Flour
250 mls Oil
250 mils Egg White
1500 mls Water
Yellow or Egg Colouring

Method

Beat or whisk firmly, the flour, oil and water and allow to rest for one hour.

Beat again to ensure there are no lumps remaining and fold in the previously beaten egg whites.

Colour slightly if necessary and use immediately.
