Stuffing For Turkey
Preamble
For 10-11 lb Turkey
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb sausage meat Pork
1/2 lb finely chopped Bacon
1 1/2 cup diced Celery
1 cup finely chopped Onions
1 tablespoon finely chopped Parsley
10 cups lightly packed soft white Breadcrumbs
3 lightly beaten Eggs
Salt and pepper
Method
Fry meat, bacon, celery, onions approx 10 min. Put in bowl the breadcrumbs and parsley , mix. Add eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Roll into sausage like-shape, so it can be sliced when serving.
