Hard Sauce For Plum Pudding

Ingredients
1/4 lb Butter
1/4 lb Icing Sugar
1 wineglass Brandy

Method
Cream butter and sugar until it looks like whipped cream then add brandy little by little and pile up in a glass bowl. If liked sprinkle with nutmeg and serve with any sweet pudding.
