Value, in this case, means several things - first, a wine's dollar value, second its emotional value, and third the objective value of its taste.

So, we look at the Wine Trade. Then we investigate buying and caring for wine . Next, we discuss drinking the stuff and lastly we ask the all important question - how do we know when it's good?
