Mietta's Review
Every morning the rahmen noodles are hand-kneaded and home-made for your enjoyment by Reiji, the chief cook. They go into huge bowls of soup with miso, chicken or shoyu broth, vegetables and roast pork. There are also all the Japanese cafe favourites including nori rolls, teriyaki chicken and curries.
