Mietta's Review
Nudel Bar found its conviction early in the piece and continues on its path. Convenient, quick, the menu comprises pasta and Asian style noodles from kway teow to macaroni cheese. Serves are large, flavoursome and a cheap option at this end of the city. There are many vegetarian options and a great list of wines by the glass. Sit outside on Bourke St if downstairs in the bar room gets busy or upstairs in the long narrow room that is perfect for large rowdy groups.

The Foodies' Guide 2004,Allan Campion & Michele Curtis,'Not just noodles;there's also an array of pasta dishes from Europe, such as the best macaroni cheese in town and Hungarian goulash with spatzli. The Asian dishes reign supreme through;the chair kwai teow and the Japanese cold soba noodles salad are outstanding. All dishes stick close to the originals, but with a touch of quality not always found at other restaurants.'
