In a narrow laneway, off the Paris end of Collins Street, is Italy 1, a small and intimate restaurant, and a firm favourite with its many customers. All warm wood and dim lighting, it serves a familiar selection of Italian dishes speedily. Its tiny, close packed, tables are equally popular for business or romance.
