This is the grandest of the eastern suburbs Chinese restaurants. From the moment you set foot on the inlaid marble floor at the entrance you know that you're in a real restaurant. Black Jacketed professional waiters guide you to your seat and help you through the well designed menu. Though the price is higher than its competitors (there aren't many dishes under $20) it still less than an equally well appointed and run European establishment. The cooking is very precise and the taste excellent. Couples, families and large parties come here for the decor - the warm ambience, fine dining and impeccable service." There is a another Plume at Highpoint Shopping Centre, Maribyrnong (03 9318 6833).
