Prakash Mairchand is an excellent host and very proud of his tandoori oven. Diners drive there from far away suburbs to eat in or to take away. The Den is also a favourite for wine clubs who want to bring bottles from their own cellars. Prakash will assist in arranging their service with appropriate dishes. The old and new clay ovens fire boneless beef, lamb and chicken to perfection while subtly spiced marinades lend potent flavours and gentle fragrances to a host of dishes.
