Better than your average pub bar with good cocktails, jazz and a huge wine selection from the adjoining bottle shop. In spite of the clip-on Gen X artifacts the low key, friendly atmospher of the Royal Oak attacts a lot of tourists along with local regulars and young professionals from the television and film industry. And for Senator Natasha Stott Despoja, one of her favourite places for a beer.
