Perched on the waterfront at Burleigh Heads, you can almost touch the ocean while enjoying spectacular views. Although we didn't have a booking, our waiter was able to rearrange a few outside tables to seat us. Inside, there's a bar at the back of the room, and timber tables and leather chairs spread throughout the rest of the space. The cocktail menu is a solid mix of classics with some Pointbreak combinations thrown in, such as the Burleigh Barrel and Reluctant Lifeguard. ... With good food and drinks, fun and friendly service and divine surrounds, Pointbreak was a wave I didn't want to stop riding."
